Notice in this screen shot there is only 7 dilithium which means my cons were sitting where they were going to build right when I got 1200 dil to build it!!
Again notice the very low dilithium I have again it was started right at 1200 remember when doing this you don't start building ints till the 3rd yard is started building!!!
The decommissioning of the 2nd con is optional depending on if you will need that dil for something in more advanced strats or to feed your allies! Remember if u can't use it they might can (COMMUNICATE!!!!!)
Now that yard number 3 is going we can start to build ints at the first 2 yards!! and YES U CAN BUILD 2nd CLASS SHIPS OFF OF 2 MOONS WITH 3 YARDS ALL DAY LONG!!!!!! Till Crew runs out anyway!!
